HomeCare Alternative is a technology-based service, so it would make sense that we have a technology background…and we do.  Our founders have decades of experience launching high-tech startups, and after a few years of learning the difficult lessons of marketing technologies to the senior/health care technology arena we determined that the best application of our solutions was in support of, and competition with, the home care agency industry. 

The home care agency business model has been reluctant to embrace technology to augment and, at times, replace their service.  We decided it was time to shift this industry in a positive direction and provide what seniors and caregivers truly need…a cost-effective alternative that provides more service for less.

HomeCare Alternative is a Michigan-based company with nearly 300 locations across North America.  We are poised to fundamentally change the approach to service seniors who aspire to age-in-place in a safe, secure and healthy manner.
